BPC-157 reconstitution calculator and units chart

Research status: BPC-157 is not an FDA-approved drug, and no approved human dose exists. This page does arithmetic on numbers you enter.

The units for any amount depend on how much water is in the vial: units = amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1,000 ÷ water mL) × 100. Enter your own vial size, water and the amount your clinician set.

Enter your numbers to see the result.

This calculator does arithmetic. It does not recommend an amount.

mcg per unit, by vial size and water

Arithmetic only, not a dose recommendation. To find units, divide your amount by the mcg per unit.

How to reconstitute and store it

The steps are the same as for any lyophilized peptide: see how to reconstitute a vial. We found no published in-use stability study for mixed BPC-157; the general multiple-dose limit is 28 days (USP <797>). Details in how long reconstituted peptides last.

What the human research says

Very little. A 2026 systematic review found three small human studies with 30 participants in total and rated the certainty of evidence very low (PMID 42885452). Read the study-by-study breakdown in BPC-157 research.

Regulatory status

openFDA (Drugs@FDA) as of 2026-11-03: Not FDA-approved. A regulator has not approved any BPC-157 product.

FAQ

Is 10 units the same as 0.1 mL?

Yes. On a U-100 syringe, 100 units is 1 mL.

How much bacteriostatic water goes in a BPC-157 vial?

There is no regulator-approved instruction, because no approved BPC-157 product exists. Water only sets the concentration. Use the “Water to add” mode to see what volume makes your amount a readable number of units.

Where do the doses quoted online come from?

They are community and vendor conventions. No approved human dose exists, and we don’t publish one.

Can I mix BPC-157 with TB-500 in one vial?

We found no reliable published data on mixing them in one vial, so we can’t say.

Does BPC-157 need refrigeration after mixing?

Follow the product label. Multiple-dose vials are generally refrigerated; see shelf life.
