Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Preptide Pro collects, why, who helps us run the service, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and a password if you choose to set one (stored hashed by our auth provider).
- Sign-in IP address and approximate location: when you use the app we record your IP address and the city, region and country our host derives from it, with the time. We use this only for security and to prevent abuse and fraud; only our administrators can see it.
- Phone number: only if you add one for text reminders.
- What you log: vials, dose schedules, dose logs, cycles, notes, and reminder preferences.
- About you and weigh-ins (optional): if you choose to answer, your gender, age range, weight, goals, and any weights you log, plus your weekly weigh-in reminder day and time. Every question can be skipped.
- Waiver and consent records: when you signed the waiver and agreed to the subscription terms, and which version.
- Billing: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical: basic logs (like IP address and browser type) that our hosting and auth providers keep for security and reliability, and push-notification tokens if you turn on push.
How we use it
To run the app for you: show your logs, send the reminders you set up, send sign-in codes and billing emails, process payments, keep the service secure, and answer your questions. We don't use your logs for advertising.
About you and weigh-ins
These answers are optional. We collect them only so you can track your own progress, see your weight trend, and get the weekly weigh-in reminder if you turn it on. We never use them to suggest doses or give medical advice, and we don't use them for advertising. Database rules keep them private to your account; our administrators can see your gender, age range, latest weight and goals to support the service and understand who uses it. You can change or clear your answers in Settings, delete any weigh-in from the Weigh-in page, or email us to delete all of it.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, only to run Preptide Pro:
- Supabase: sign-in and database where your account and logs are stored.
- Vercel: hosts the website and app.
- Resend: sends sign-in codes, reminders and billing emails.
- Stripe: processes subscription payments.
- If you turn on text reminders, an SMS provider delivers them to your phone number.
We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Who can see your logs
Your logs are private to your account; database rules stop other users from reading them. Our admin page shows account-level details (name, contact info, plan, sign-in IP and location, dose counts, and the optional About-you answers and latest weight described above), not the contents of your doses, schedules or vials.
Health information
Preptide Pro is not a health care provider and is not covered by HIPAA. Information you log is protected by this policy and by the security measures we describe here, not by HIPAA.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is controlled per user. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is open. To request a copy of your data, or to delete your account and everything you've logged, email careteam@preptidepro.com from your account email. We'll confirm and send your data or delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (like payment records Stripe retains). Cancel any subscription first so you aren't billed again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Email us to make a request.
Children
Preptide Pro is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes and tell you about material changes by email or in the app. See also our Terms of Service.
