CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend calculator

Research status: neither CJC-1295 nor Ipamorelin is an FDA-approved drug. This page does arithmetic on numbers you enter.

Treat each peptide in a blend separately: mcg of each peptide per unit = that peptide’s mg × 1,000 ÷ water mL ÷ 100. A blend label usually lists both amounts; the calculator shows what one unit and your draw contain of each.

Enter your vial label, water and units to see each peptide separately.

How long the vial lasts on your schedule

This calculator does arithmetic. It does not recommend an amount or a schedule.

mcg of each peptide per unit

Arithmetic only, not a dose recommendation. Each cell is the amount of each peptide in one U-100 unit, not the combined total.

Blend label1 mL water2 mL water2.5 mL water3 mL water
2 mg + 2 mg20 mcg each10 mcg each8 mcg each6.7 mcg each
5 mg + 5 mg50 mcg each25 mcg each20 mcg each16.7 mcg each

A common source of confusion: adding both peptides together gives a combined figure per unit that is double the per-peptide figure. Track the component you care about.

Planning an on/off schedule

Patterns like “5 days on, 2 off” appear in user guides. We found no clinical study that tested that schedule or the blend itself. The calculator above estimates how long a vial lasts on any pattern you enter, and the cycle planner in the app builds a 12-month calendar and pauses reminders on off days.

CJC-1295 with DAC vs without DAC

The published human studies of CJC-1295 used the long-acting form with the drug affinity complex (DAC), which binds albumin; it had an estimated half-life of 5.8–8.1 days (Teichman et al. 2006). Many blends instead use the form without DAC (often called Mod GRF 1-29), which those studies did not test. Check the label. See CJC-1295 (DAC) and CJC-1295 (no DAC).

What the research covers

StudyWho / whatFinding
Teichman 2006Randomized, placebo-controlled; healthy adults; CJC-1295 with DACGH and IGF-I stayed raised for days after injection; no serious adverse reactions reported.
Ionescu & Frohman 2006Human study; CJC-1295 with DACGH kept its pulsatile pattern while trough GH levels rose.
Raun 1998Animal and in-vitro; ipamorelinReleased GH selectively without raising ACTH or cortisol in swine, unlike GHRP-6 and GHRP-2. Not a human study.
The blend—No published study of the combination found.

Storage after mixing

We found no published in-use stability data for either peptide. See how long reconstituted peptides last for the general 28-day multiple-dose rule.

FAQ

How do you calculate units for a CJC-1295/Ipamorelin blend?

Work out each peptide separately: its mg × 1,000 ÷ the water mL gives mcg per mL of that peptide; divide by 100 for mcg per unit. Both peptides come out in the same draw; you can’t set them separately.

Is CJC-1295/Ipamorelin FDA-approved?

No. Neither peptide is an FDA-approved drug.

How long does a blend vial last on my schedule?

Enter your vial, water, units per draw and days on/off in the calculator. It is arithmetic on your inputs.

Can I combine two separate vials instead of a blend?

Use the single-peptide calculator for each vial. We don’t advise on whether to combine them.
